Mr. Santosh Paudel is a student at the School of Forestry and Natural Resource Management (SOFNRM) pursuing a master’s degree in Mountain Environment and Development Studies. Currently, Mr. Paudel had developed a proposal on the topic “Understanding the Sustainability Aspects of Yarsagumba and Community Dependent on it amid Covid-19 Pandemic” for the partial fulfillment of his Master’s degree. The proposed research covers the thematic area of medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) and aims to find the impact of Covid-19 on rural mountain livelihood, under the financial support of the Girija Prasad Koirala Foundation.
