Dr Rudra Sharma – Dr. Sharma is an international lawyer based in Kathmandu. He has been teaching LL.M students international trade and investment law for a long time in Tribhuvan University and has supervised many researches in this area. His experience include legal adviser at the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), national and international banks & financial institutions and investment projects. His core areas of expertise include corporate law, international law and constitutional law. He holds LL.M on Transnational Business Practice from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, California, USA, another LL.M in commercial Law from TU and Ph. D on Federal Dispute Settlement Mechanism.
