Dr.Tadan has earned Doctor of Public Health in 2003 from National Institute of Public Health,Japan and Master of Public Health (Primary Health Care Management) from Mahidol University Thailand in 1991.
Dr. Tandan has over 25 years of work experience in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and health sectors in Nepal. He has worked at various level of senior positions including Member Secretary, Executive Director and Director ( Health Coordinator) in Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
Dr.Tandan has extensive knowledge and skills on institution and project planning, policy development, human resource management, organizational management, national and international bilateral project planning and endorsement, strategic planning, research and development.
He has published dozen of articles in national and international journals related to TVET and health sciences.
